The ‘ Ability to Work ’ and the ‘ Willingness to Work ’ are further expanded in separate articles. The Environment, Process, Facilities, and Tools & Equipment’ act as enablers for effectiveness at the workplace. This article expands the ‘Environment’ aspect further. A positive and stress-free work environment leads to overall employee well being and happiness, that keeps the employees engaged.
