Among these three factors, the ‘Willingness to Work’ is considered to be the most important because without willingness, the ability and the environment, process, tools & equipment are of little use. The ability to work can be managed to some extent, as and when needed, but the willingness needs to be ever present. It reflects the attitude of a person towards work. Every work consists of physical, intellectual and emotional aspects. The emotional aspect is more predominant in willingness to work.
